Golden

Versatile, it can be consumed fresh as fruit, in salads, striped, .. or cooked in the oven, caramelized, to make sweets.
Golden Apple has a yellowish-green skin, perhaps smooth and fine skin or with irregularities due to accumulations of sugar. Especially if they are organic where no chemicals are used to avoid these scars on the skin.
As it's getting old  it becomes sweeter and softer in texture.
